Will the brightening serum irritate my skin?
No, this serum has been tested and approved by dermatologists and is suited for use on even the most sensitive skin types- without ever compromising your daily skin barrier function.
Should I use the hydrating serum in place of my daily moisturiser?
We recommend using the BYOMA Hydrating Serum as a moisture boosting, skin priming step before applying your chosen moisturizer for optimum results.
BYOMA offers two moisturizer options: Moisturizing Gel-Cream + Moisturizing Rich Cream.
Will the clarifying serum help to combat breakouts?
Yes, our Clarifying Serum has been formulated with Tri-Ceramide Complex, Blue Tansy, PHA, and Zinc to soothe spot-prone skin and help unclog pores- without irritating or stripping the skin. This helps to fight signs of breakouts, while neutralizing oiliness and redness at the source.
Does the balancing face mist have a lightweight feel on skin?
Yes, our ultra-fine mister delivers a refreshingly light spritz, which works to balance and refresh skin in one simple step – without a sticky or tacky feeling.
Can the balancing face mist be used in place of my usual toner?
Yes, we created our mist as the ultimate soothing and balancing step which can be used not only as a skin priming toner post-cleanse, but throughout the day as a refreshing pick-me-up.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver orders within 7 working days, although this may take slighlty longer depending on your location. Further information can our Shipping & Returns page. Promotional orders are subject to extended delivery times of up to 14 working days.
Why is my Order Still in Processing?
Our warehouse aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. During busy times, please allow a few more days than normal for this. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email, once your parcel has been shipped.
It’s been over 14 Days, but My Parcel Hasn’t Arrived
We’re so sorry to hear this. We’d recommend checking your emails, including your spam folder, for a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking information. If you’re still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us with your order number and we will look into this ASAP for you.
How do I cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you’ve changed your mind, it may still be possible for us to cancel your order within a limited time frame. Please contact us with your order number and we’ll look into this ASAP for you.
How can I amend the products in my order?
We’re unfortunately not able to amend your products after an order has been placed. If you no longer wish to receive the items you ordered, please contact us with your order number, so we can check if it’s still possible to cancel your order.
How can I amend my shipping address?
We can amend your shipping address within a limited time frame. Please contact us with your new address and we can check whether we’re still able to update this.
I haven’t received an order confirmation email
If you’ve placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder as these emails can sometimes end up here. If you still can’t find your confirmation, please email us and we’ll be happy to look into this for you.
I received a damaged order

When Will a Product Become Available Again?
We always try to make restocks available as soon as possible. If the product you want isn’t available, you can sign up for a restock notification on the product page.

How do I make a return?
We are happy to accept returns of any product in original condition for a full refund, within 14 days after delivery. Please visit out Shipping & Returns for further information.
Gift Returns
If you’ve received one of our products as a gift – lucky you! However, if this isn’t the right fit, a return should be arranged by the person who placed the order.
