Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at byoma.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help; to that end, we have established this Return and Refund Policy to address any questions you may have.

(a) Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused and in the same condition—both in appearance and state—as when you received it.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

The item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

(b) Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. After completing the inspection, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or the original method of payment). The actual time it takes for the funds to reach your account depends on your card issuer’s policies; typically, the refund will be credited within 7 days.

(c) Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
